When you use the contact form or newsletter signup we collect the details you type — name, email, optional phone, optional business name, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you or to send the weekly digest you asked for.

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We may use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to understand which sections are useful. We do not sell personal information.

3. Ollie AI conversations

Questions you send to Ollie AI are transmitted to our AI provider to generate a response. Don't include sensitive personal information in your questions. Conversations are not tied to your identity by us.

4. Third-party services

• Open-Meteo — weather, air-quality and marine data;
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — video embeds;
• Google Maps — traffic and calendar links you choose to open;
• our AI provider — Ollie AI responses.

Each service has its own privacy practices that we do not control.

5. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

6. Your California rights

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it). Send requests through our contact form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Retention and security

We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain records, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect them. No online service can be perfectly secure.
